Joe and RoseAnn both grew up working in the Chick-fil-A business. Starting at Oakwood Center in Gretna, Louisiana, Joe learned early on how much he enjoyed serving team members, serving guests, and growing the business one day at a time. Next door in Houston, Texas, RoseAnn was learning the ins and outs from her dad, who’d started operating a Chick-fil-A in 1989.
Who would have guessed it would take both of them going to California to meet? While working for Chick-fil-A, Inc. after college, Joe was responsible for opening a new restaurant in Laguna Niguel, California. It was at this grand opening, while RoseAnn was visiting California to help her sister open their own Chick-fil-A, that they met. And the rest is history.
Joe and RoseAnn decided to settle down and open their first restaurant in Brea, California. After operating that business for seven years and adding two children to their family, they decided it was time to come back home and grow the brand in Hammond, LA.
